France's J Dilla Alley [citation needed]

So there's claims that the city of Montpellier, France has named an alley after the late great J Dilla (aka Jay Dee). There's also claims that the city has dedicated streets names to Aaliyah, Amy Winehouse, Ray Charles and other dead musicians, but the only proof on the entire internet is the relinked photo above. So as much as I want to believe this to be true, I don't think it's too much of a stretch for me to say "Yea, nah".

However, on the off chance that it is true, it seems like the perfect opportunity to open a donut store.
