It's called High Maintenance, a webseries that's drawn rave reviews from all corners of the internets and beyond. So what you need to do now is spend the next 15 to 60 minutes watching these short films if you like any one of the following; Weed, New York or great writing. If you like all three of these things then there's a very good chance you've probably already seen this, so, soz and scroll on.
It's not your typical stoner comedy. There are no comically giant joints. There are no far-fetched capers to carry out while baked. There are only the people who love weed—and the quiet hero who brings it to them.

Rhythm Roulette With El-P
El Producto links up with Mass Appeal for another segment of Rhythm Roulette. After heading to a hole-in-the-wall record shop and picking out some dusty old warped records, El showed us how to make something out of nothing/s, starting with his rusty, self-fixed, ASR-10.

Nino Bless - Rhyme of the Year
Kind-of like how Black Milk released his self-appointed 'Album of the Year', which kind-of wasn't, Nino Bless just dropped this trillion bar track which actually lives up to the title.

Skating Through India. Sort Of.
Earlier this year, four skaters traveled to legendary India. Their plan was to traverse the breadth of the Subcontinent's core with their ultimate goal to reach the Kumbh Mela gathering. They sought to try and demonstrate that even in the most densely populated, chaotic places in the developing world, one can indeed push forward and manage to skateboard despite the visceral challenges such conditions present.

This Is Just Like Driving With My Misses
Usually something this great would have to be fake. But truth be told, this is the actual voice of co-driver Vivek Ponnusamy yelling real instructions at driver Samir Thapar as they compete in the 2013 Rally of Coimbatore - part of the Indian National Rally Championship.

Kendrick Lamar Ethered The Internet Yesterday
Kendrick Lamar dropped one of the greatest verses of all time, while at the same time reminding us that Big Sean is still (an always will be) a condiment rapper and that Jay Electronica peaked a good couple of years ago.
See below about what some rappers had to say about dudes verse, especially the K.O.N.Y. part.
I’m Makaveli’s offspring/ I’m the king of New York/ King of the coasts/ One hand I juggle them both.
I’m usually homeboys with the same niggas I’m rhymin’ with/ But this is hip-hop and them niggas should know what time it is. And that goes for Jermaine Cole, Big K.R.I.T, Wale, Pusha T, Meek Mill, A$AP Rocky, Drake, Big Sean, Jay Electron, Tyler, Mac Miller/ I got love for you all, but I’m tryna murder you niggas/ Tryna make sure your core fans never heard of you niggas/ They don’t wanna hear not one more noun or verb from you niggas.
Step your game up New York rappers.

Swiss Guy ♥'s Cassette Tapes
Micke's life revolves around cassette tapes - just like yours did in the 80s and early 90s. Except now it's 2013. Most of Micke's time is spent on varius tape-related projects; he blogs about them, he makes music with them and he got a monthly tape club in his hometown Stockholm. Sometimes it's a struggle. Here we get an insight to Micke's life as a tapeologist and joins him to his tape-only club to find out the motivation behind his interest.

Fake Pool
This is the swimming pool art installation in 21st Century Museum of Art, at Kanazawa Japan by artist Leandro Erlich. The top surface is filled with 4 to 5 inches of water that looks like a realistic pool. The people underneath the swimming pool can actually look above with realistic water effect on top of it. A layer of water only some 10 centimeters deep is suspended over transparent glass. Below the glass is an empty space with aquamarine walls that viewers can enter. Very well fucking done.
